the work pressure is very high but compensations and salary is not good enough i am working hard from past eight years on the same post and i am not getting promoted also, the growth of an individual employ is very slow.

my work in celebi is very challenging there is no chance of even a single mistake i have to face huge public pressure and most of the time i work during rush hours and after doing this much hard work i didn't receive any appreciation till now.

A very nice environment to work here. Excellent staff having great knowledge of Aviation industry. All HOD'S of every dept. having good behaviour & Proper coordination with their staff. Company giving yearly appraisal to staff & also provide bonus on National Festivals. Overall it's a nice platform to make future bright & more comfortable. Thanks Ravinder Kumar
