My airlines staff was good. Co colleagues are very good. Work environment are also good. I was dedicated to ethiopian airlines.
Dislikes
Most of the people becomes a spoon for top management. And the top management people listen there only. And those who work hard they are ignorable. They listen to those people who can always spoke buttering lines for them.

Celibi working wise is very fare ... I like when I'm on work as the environment which is soo amazing and energetic .. but unfortunately I'm not working now with celibi !!

Dislikes are the politics which is in every industry not only aviation ..As there are some special groups and team who think and feel that the company is running by them ..They work as a PSA and Senior PSA but they don't do anything except sitting and roaming with the groups and make the new staff run here and there ....as I startedworking with Nova which is celibiNas now but while working with Nova with Kingfisher I had never faces such issues but as the company transformed so the staff also ...!! Paying 25000as a deposit we come to work to to move forward but because of some senior staff the others resign or quit .. but the best person I know is Saurav Dalvi sir he's the best supportive and helpful.....Read More
