You will learn a lot here If you are fresher then only this place is good for you as you are starting your career you will too many understanding of different projects and burden of load which you cannot complete in 12 hours also

No work life balance Not a good appraisal Everything is in your reporting manager hands and you cannot complaint about it No work form home even your work/task is being completed from then also you have to go to the office No Job security After resigning you will be the enemy of company and one side war will be start on you and if you argued with it then you will be terminated and salary will be hold plus what you have done in the past (Work/Projects/Task) defect and mistakes will be dig out and then you have to face damn Izzat ka faluda in public Sometimes you have to work on Sunday and no comp off or pay will be awarded for that...Read More
