Seniors and managers don't respond to their team, have No job Security, and the Retention rate is very low, Very rate on Lay-off in the last year almost 1500+ employees were asked to leave by the company. If some has 2 offers please choose the other company instead of ElasticRun.

Although company is growing and good but the ASM level and ZSM level was not good ,not having ethics how to talk to a managment trainee , Specially ASM (Bihta)Jitendra Rai ,and ZSM Mritunjay kumar. All are faces of same coin policing each other rather than to focus on talent they aquired the telecom culture here in elasticrun. HR level was good but HR in Bihar was not good they are trying to cover up the mistakes of their asm, and zsm from ceo and vp . Although the company culture outside bihar is very different and very good. But the bihar team is ethicless and moreless ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
