Great learning experience with an industry practitioner and also there is an initiative towards social work and events hence good as a organisation also helps to grow each level of sides when it comes to career and collaboration with a technology related stuff. The very big role plays here is tech leaders for the every individual which is great thing.

There is no work life balance and culture as there are some sort of management are dominating consistently and also when it comes to job security it is terrible and also not fair processes for promotion and appraisals. It claims flexibility at work but the workload are horrible so flexibility only plays role for the namesake else every time you have to reachable and available for them to work whether it’s weekend or leave so everybody here seems committed to work and the same they expects from others on odd timings so they are not just ruining their life but also pull others people too in the same shell....Read More

Work culture is superb, I am encouraged to be innovative and try new things. The work-life balance is great, and the team is filled with talented people. There is no punch-in and punch-out system which is one of the most overlooked pros of working here.

No work from home during normal weeks, however when taking vacation we are allowed to take work from home.
