company is more open to ask your suggestions to improve work environment and my co workers are from different culture backgrounds still we work happily with team,and i love the fact that i was part of operation team from the start and now its already expanded so much happy about it.best part is we dont miss any of our co worker birthday celebrations .

Dislikes

work pressure is high sometimes its due to festive season and it was managed by 4-5 members in team and sometimes its difficult to manage with logistics errors.

Work Details

my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the operation day to day process like distribution life cycle and solving customer issues as long as i worked it was good work experience and i learned a lot from basic to end about operations .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
