The school is a pride of Junagadh and many people's hard work is there behind its success. It should not be destroyed by the cheap politics played by a few employees who enjoy the higher posts with their showoffs, insults, putting others down, etc. True welfare and wellbeing of teachers need to be considered. Even if authorities areopen-minded and approachable, most of them won't share their real concerns, maybe out of fear of losing job or thinking that no solution will be found. CPD (not for all) and departmental discussions among educators are missing factors due to workload and time constraints....Read More

A warning to all the aspiring teachers, don't go there to work. If you do, then don't sign any contract. They will deduct your salary(10%) & will never refund it. This school is the perfect example of "All that glitters is not gold"

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
