They give incentives when big billion sale time nearly in diwali.I am working as off role only so i just know about the working process only. They gave food, for morning shift they provide breakfast and lunch, for 2nd shift they provide lunch and dinner, for night shift they provide dinner.They provide cab facility so we don't want to travel by own Vehicle. Shift timing is irregural, moreover I work there more than 9 hours as overtime but they won't paid for that overtime. For night shift, girls are not able to work because market place shipments are more weight. Full standing work only so we can sit only when we eat food.
