Employee engagement Employee on-boarding needs huge improvement and basic employee requirements from HR isn't met and is very poor. HR-Employee engagement is very negligible and almost nil Decision making process is very slow and bureaucratic Multiple stakeholders and decision makers in each and every critical line item - this makes the whole process way too slow
