The thing I like about the company is that you learn to work under any circumstances

There is a discrepancy when it comes to the work being done and the appreciation towards the hard work put in. Long work hours are exhausting and a few words from the management would make the team feel good. The HR team somewhere is not flexible specially when it comes to the concern about the team accommodation and the staff looking after it is not cooperative. Lot of things to learn and team was monitored closely in respect to their daily tasks, which is a good point to improve work environment.

Dislikes

The team members and team leaders are biased. Work load is too much and team leader expects to work after shift hours. Growth is limited because of biasness of the leaders. Uneven distribution of workload.

Work life is poor, as their is no balance to maintain if work load is not distributed properly among team members.

People are very polite to everyone no matter the person is working at what so ever level they will respect each individual. Each individual follow Dharma to the fullest extent. To be polite to each person you interact with.
