Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high sometime ,i have to work 14 -18 hours in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening

"Egis India" is a consulting company. I can't say anything more about company because they leave the Engineers on the project site to work. "Egis India" works in a Joint venture (JV) with other consulting firms, so "Egis India" doesn't have complete authority to take decisions and actions solely. - Job timing and rotational shift depend on the Project site and its management. If the project site and its (Strong) management are good then we can say the company is good. It totally depends on the project site....Read More

The consultant firms market are so competitive that "Egis India" bids at very low quotation and gets awarded. Therefore, "Egis India" searching for a candidates (Engineers) who will work in less CTC but must have outstanding credentials in a candidate's career. In that way "Egis India" earns nearly about 50% commission from candidate CTC by recruiting such Engineers.
