Increament are not done according to experience, that is 3 year experience hoalder and 5 year experience hoalder (Field engineer) gets the same salary package.. but apart from this the other important factors of the company are best in class

No support from authorities. 7 days 24 hours working, no leave approval. no work-life balance. Politics at peak. Authorities at blind folded situation, believes in one side issue, never take to other side. Appraisal very minimum. no innovative learning, employee forgets the previous expertise. Hires on the basis of approach. Appraisal/promotions is biased. Demobilises/terminates employee on single writeabout and without any consent....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
