I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Employee get appraisal after 6 months. There is no work life balance, have to work 14 hours/day and still no appreciation from anyone. Hire freshers without interview hence no good hiring. Management is very poor. Give shares instead of salary hike/appraisal.
