I don't like anything in Efftronics Systems pvt Ltd. All are poor. I suggested no one go to this company unless untill u badly need a job. They are use your weakness. This company is good for only developers.

Dislikes

No flexible work timings. Not supportive management, only favor to managers. No career growth. If your join as a Technician, after 10 years also you are in Technician role. They are not increasing your role to senior technical like that.

Its horrible, my manager is not supportive. I improved my skills but my designation not changed. But they are use my skills. They are treated as slaves.

can learn new things but those are very old as per industry standards.

worst management, rules are formed and changed when ever the management wants, private company i.e. one family leads this company CEO, HR manager, Most High Level people are from one family, No coordination between departments, Vision is good but practices are worst, no one will stay more than their bond period, Hikes are also basedon impressions, CEO won't allow anyone to work, CEO wants you to do wonders i.ie. they won't tell you what they want simply they expect the system must do anything literally anything which their mind thinks at the time of using it, at least they are not in a position to tell what they actually want, All policies are one sided, I resigned before my notice period and paid 60K penalty for breaking bond. After serving 19 months II spent 70k Extra money apart from my salary. Payments are also very late every time take 15 days to credit salary in to account. No useful work is done so no growth full maintenance only. No proper hikes only once in 2 years that to retain employees they will give hikes and also keeps 25% of entire salary for 18 months even hike amount also as security deposit.
