One of the best BIM firms I have worked with. Professionally I didn't find any difficulty there and the Senior Management (Sanjay) was extremely helpful along with the SMEs. You get paid for your overtime, unlike my previous BIM firms. I quit last month as I have to shift out of India but else I would have love to stay longer. Considerate and supportive staff, first hand experience with client. Communications with everyone is easier, even in case if working from remote location

Dislikes

Odd timings, and less flexible timings, sometimes overtime can extend upto 3-4 hours, based upon client. The clients are not allways coordinating or considerate, So sometimes working with becomes quite draining and unpleasant. Especially because working from remote location limits the type and quality of information Clients don't get that.

NO job security at all, as the management solely depends on their clients rather than the employees. NO opportunity for growth until and unless the client you are placed with gives such opportunity. NO transparency in communication from the immediate management about feedback or any change in policies. TOO much micromanagement. INCOMPETENT SMEs (except one) with almost NO technical knowledge. Don't join here leaving your present organization just because of WFH option. It's a TRAP. Unless you are currently jobless or lost your job DON'T even consider this company.
