Nothing much, but learning is the only thing good at Effectual.

Dislikes

This was my first job of my career and from the very first day i became the victim of politics. Worst managers in operations team. Takes everything personal and always show their ego. Few managers looks like the uneducated ones sitting at such post. Salary is like, a real labour might get a better one. Don't go on knowledge. No clear policies and HR is very rude and egoistic. Can anytime kick you out of the organisation giving some illogical reasons. Don't even say good wishes on the farewell day. And the location is worst, and management feels like there is no better place other than this....Read More
