The only thing that I dislike about Edwisor is the absense of a suggestion box there, because I feel that not everyone's suggestions could be heard solely by interaction, so a thing like suggestion box could really help a lot

The overall pattern is very see through as if a new employee will be hired to lead the hierarchy then an employee or two will be targeted to leave the company to reduce the cost. I did get a good teamwork experience but, I believe employee engagement can be increased which is very important for the interaction between the employees not only on the professional level but also on personal level.
