Why ask others while I am here? By the way, we welcome you to Edvoy's Review Junction. So, what are we waiting for? Fasten your seat belts and here me out. I am from one of those prestigious teams available in the company-Learning and Development. Just kidding every team in our organization are well respected and admired by other teams for their ideas implemented at work. Our team was created very recently with the motive to improve employee efficiencies and to support the smooth transition of new joiners through induction programs. Sounds like a serious job, right? Yeah, you guessed it. Though our team is new were welcomed with open hands by every team. Yes that's the kind of culture they believe in. I hope you were able to imagine our culture. Is that it? No, I am not finished yet! Our work is being celebrated and greatly admired by the senior leadership team. Not every employee in other companies gets to experience or enjoy such things. Now that's a million dollar question! What should I bring to you notice first? The encouraging leadership team or the rewarding company policies created by the HR team or the employee centric work culture. These are just the minimal highlights. Now let's get to main focus. First things First! "Edvoy is of the employees, for the employees and by the employees" Anything (Challenge or Requirement) brought to the notice of the manager or leadership team is taken seriously and is helped with a solution immediately - I can vouch for this statement. Oh Gosh I totally forgot to mention about the important part - Salary. Everybody, I mean literally everybody is being paid as per their skill, talent, ideas, experience and contribution (Written as per present experience). Anything else? I know this is not enough. But there are space constraints in India. So does this column. Please follow reviews from my colleagues to understand better about Edvoy. I think I have cleared most of the air on Edvoy. Trust me the dislike space is obsolete for this company. I request Ambition Box to remove this space, my suggestion to the tech team at Ambition Box is to add a disable checkbox option that can be used by the user since not every company on earth delivers bad experience to its employees. PS - Saves Time.
