The company is completely working in a haphazard manner. There is no proper process, or structure for anything. It's completely working on some luck which is a big sign of job insecurity. The CEO doesn't have the guts to even stand by his own decisions which is because of his low understanding and knowledge. Almost all the CXOs inthis company are full of x predators and are in an open game out there in the office especially the CEO, CTO, CRO, CPO and there are girls out there ready to do that because they know to survive in such high positions which they don't deserve, they will have to do it. If you are ready to pamper people's ss and you lack much skills and you are like many of the many then this is the right place for you. If you are skilled and standout of the flock and not ready to pamper people's ss, please don't join this company. You'll waste your time, and energy and will be left with low self-confidence. The quality of work here is very low. Please don't join the company for any traps like Esops , startup experience etc. It's definitely not worth your time. There are just politics-politics, fights-fights out everywhere. The average tenure of employees here is below one year and even for VP levels, it's the same. So you know, the plan keeps on changing every time. A new CXO joins the company, convinces the CEO to reiterate the whole plan and it happens in a loop. It's weird that the HR head is also included in tech, product, and marketing calls and emails. He is building his own flock of people by referring them here. They do not pay salaries to the employees, there is no senior support, & RSM Keshav Khanna & his ASM Anurag Sharma never support the employees, there is a very toxic work environment, there is no job security either.

The people sitting at AVP/VP positions seem to have no as such experience outside this organization and they behave like some gully goons, highly unprofessional.
