Nothing as such, except for a few really helpful colleagues.

Dislikes

Pathetic work environment, full of office politics. The people sitting at AVP/VP positions seem to have no as such experience outside this organization and they behave like some gully goons, highly unprofessional. No work life balance at all, you will be called at any given time of the day whether your working hours are over or not.Favoritism and unfair treatment are at its peak. Not sure, why they have an HR department, when HR themselves are bullies and they will not address any of your feedback or problems. No scope of growth or learning, you will be expected to work even on holidays and Sundays....Read More

terrible partiality and rudeness, promotion of his favourite employees , no recognition for hard work, every holiday working in shifts, no brand value, favoured employees do bossism on other employees
