Culture is effervescent. Lot of work and focus on perfection. Very lively and seems like you are running a sprint.

Dislikes

Everyday sprint wears you down every evening. Management wants you to leave exactly at office closing at 6 pm but then also day is tiring.

If i need to describe the culture in few words-" Work Hard, Party Harder". Management is expecting everyone to work hard. They set the example by working with the team. Lot of focus on Positive thinking and positive work culture. The working culture is "Startup Culture" where people are expected to have multiple profiles depending upon the work demand.

Dislikes

Perfection and company culture brings pressure of the work. You are supposed to be the owner of the work. But Management wants everyone to exit the office at 6:30 PM in the evening. They do not like anyone to work late.

Everything, you just need to ask for their business account from which they transfer salary to their employees, just get it checked from some banker in your family and friend circle. Doing that you'll know that how much salary was transferred to which account and for how long. Just like any other fraud, they deliver SCAM.

I have spent three years with them. Made a lot of friends and also enjoyed my time working here.

Dislikes

A lot of focus is on students and their needs. Many times we employees get lost in never stopping demands of the students. The team is big bit then also lot of focus on excellence put lot of pressure on the teachers and the support staff. Salary is good but work-life balance is disturbed.

The work environment is great and the seniors are very friendly. I got a call and my interview was conducted at Janakpuri center. The first round was to check the communication skills, it was a 20 minutes round. Then I was asked to leave with a specific timeline to get the call for the second round if shortlisted. I was called for the second round and that was a more of a practical round where the task was to do some mock calls. I was selected the same day and got the offer letter also. Good working culture. Usually light and a lot of laughs but management want everyone to be highly involved with their work. The work culture is good but there are follow-ups for all the given works.

Dislikes

You need to be attentive and fully concentrated on your work. It brings some tension into your life. You cannot do like other companies in which you can claim that you are working from home and spending holidays in any hill station.
