I joined them twice. Earlier in 2012 when I just left my job in BPO they offered me a role in International online sales. Working in that vertical gave me exposure to international certifications like CFA, FRM, PRM and interacting with clients abroad was a great learning experience altogether. Later when I rejoined them in 2015 I was offered a role to handle Pune center along with sales. So, I am enjoying my work right now. I have lot of support from my manager and colleagues as I am working on remote. They believe in leaving the person independent and let him learn on his own making mistakes, seeking advice, searching for resources and get the work done assigned....Read More

At times here few people fall prey to rumours and gossips about your work and personal life. They should not be judgemental and cross check everything before making an opinion about you.
