The managers here though equipped with their own work, sit down with you and guide you on how to achieve your work targets and get the things done. Being an Educational Institute their focus is on quality learning and it shown in their efforts. The upper management is always reachable and ready to help if need be. There is no internal politics to steal your day end's work

Sometimes there is inter center travel for meetings and trainings but that is too the nearest zonal branch only.
