Management is worst, they even don't know why they are employees the candidates if they don't have sufficient needs and resources to provide them. Toxic environment. Bad culture. The company's HR is good for nothing and is only involved in doing politics. They want to run the employee engagement activity but the worst part is they don't what exactly employe engagement demands for. Huge politics, non deserving employee get every thing without doing any sales , favouritism is really exist you will understand when you join , despite of having better skills then others you will have to face this situation. No leave even you have to work on your off day and no extra pay is there. This company did trouble for the leaving documents and other things.... They want us to follow company policies but are not able to follow those policies.....i only got disadvantage working here.
