Colleagues were mostly good, and it is the best company if you want to train yourself in a challenging work culture where you can hone your skills and develop resilience through hard work.

A big issue is even you give your time and hard work, all things will go in vain due to the the lack of planning or sudden change in planning from higher management. Management tends to address problems at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress. They're also stubborn about selling their preferred products, rather than what custo mers actually want, and then blame employees when things don't go well<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
