The salaries in this company are very competitive and you get good amount of training for upskilling which really helps in career growth. In this company, employers respect employees a lot and there is professional sophistication. My project manager and company heads are very supportive and are always pushing us to bring out the best in us. I am working here in the marketing team for 1.5 years now and the practical exposure has been great. Kudos to Education Culture, the best employer in Ludhiana.

It was my 4th work anniversary in the company yesterday and the company arranged a surprise party for me and also invited my family to the party to surprise me. I was very happy and glad that I work in a company which celebrates the achievement of its employees and treat everyone like family. Very good organization with endless opportunity of growth
