I disliked pretty much everything. 1) unclear job expectations while joining is different and after joining is total diff 2)not even a single day where they wouldn't force for conversions! 3) insane and unreasonable company 4) they should be glad I didn't sue them

The entire team is super supportive the management is really nice. If you give your best great place to earn handsome amount of incentives. It's a performance based job so its good if you are able to give your best. Add on its WFH.

Dislikes

No as such there are no dislikes honestly its pretty cool working here.It just sometimes it feels like to get an off on Saturday Sunday too. so we can spend sometime with family and friends but anyway its worth it.

1) No work life balance even it is a work from home profile you need to work from 9AM to 11PM if you work in India region 2) You need to be active every time to pick sessions 3)No work life balance Saturday Sundays are compulsory work days also if you don't achieve target you are supposed to work in week off as a punishment 4) Product are overpriced parents directly get disinterested once they see pricing 5) No gain in skill set since it is a sales profile so you don't learn any skill here 6)Hardly people survive here for more than 3 months 7) Anytime they can terminate you 8) Managers are highly toxic it will affect your mental health after a point of time 9) Don't think of making your career here rather look for other jobs if you want to work seriously for a period of at least 1 year...Read More

Nothing. All the 1 star reviews are true and genuine. All the 5 star reviews are fake. If you notice most of the 5 star reviews have been posted on 29th and 30th December. This was done by calling folks on gmeet and forcibly asking them to put a 5 star review. The funny thing is that even after doing so they manager to get only few reviews

Everything about the company. The founders are all jokers. Very inexperienced and naive. Only Mihir is sensible. However, the jokers won't let him do anything good. Mr Ravi Bushan, these founders are just fooling you, even misrepresenting numbers. The company is not going anywhere unless brightchamps kicks out these guys and streamlines things
