Nothing is good about the company. If you are reading this my advice is don't join this organization you will regret if you ignore this.

1) Very toxic environment. Senior managers are abusive(not expected in Edutech company). Every morning they schedule a meeting just to abusive without any reason. If you clarify yourself you are fired. 2)No job security: There is absolutely zero job security they can and will fire you anytime. 3) Frequent salary delays: It has become a habit of the company to delay the salaries when there is a payday and you are expecting your salary. The CEO of the company will appear in front of you and explain it to you that there will be salary delay(if you can't afford why do you hire) . 4)Fooling Students: If you are a student and reading this let mw tell you its a fake organization and will not provide any jobs. You will get only customer support opportunities. They don't have any tie-ups. Don't waste your money ....Read More

Rest everything.. 1. There is standard policy, higher authorities changes policies by looking face of employees. 2. There is no growth if u are not sycophants. 3. There is one president, she doesn't know anything about business but pretend she is only running organization 4. She only believe in donkey work, updating asana task for nonsense things. 5. Now EB has closed half business, it's only because of that president. 6. They never take feedback positively. They would setup call for feedback, if u show them their face, ur demotion will start immediately. 7. Hire n fire police, there is no job security. 8. They only want to earn money by fooling people's who are in dire need of job. 9. Whatever data they are sharing on social media is total fake. 10. Few people working as GM, VP, Managers, they even don't know the meaning of these titles. 11. If u r good in English speaking, u can achieve any post regardless of ur knowledge n skills. 12. Now salary is not on time, they have asked half employees to resign. Not settling FnF after 8-10 months of resignation, some time 1 year also. Few employees didn't get fnf. 13. If u don't have job u can join this company to spoil ur life. 14. They always talk we r corporate but their leaders don't know the actual meaning of corporate. 15. Many genuine leaders left this organization because of one stubborn president. 16. Those who are not getting job in market are stick there.. 17.All in all, it's fake organization run by fake people's 18. Senior Management changes every year coz they cannot afford to give them appraisals. They will use you for a year but wont give you any appraisal. They will hold your salary for no reason and you will have to be for your own salary. Forget about appraisal, your salary will get delayed by 20/25 days coz management has decided so. HR-VP is changed every year coz no one is able to handle these many employee grievances. President of Operations is some guy from Finance whos leading HR & TA team. Very insensitive HR team. They do very unethical business practice. Vendors are not paid on time and they will come to the center and you will have to answer them. irate Ex - employees will come to the center and HR's doesn't answer the calls and you will be responsible to handle them. They promises learners that they will give them job assistance but please know this they don't have any market reputation they are providing customer care jobs with 12000 monthly salary. the entire market reputation is ruined and soon the company will be bankrupt...Read More

Since the time I joined Edubridge, it has been a good journey to learn. I have been awarded best employee twice and now also upgraded to manager centre. The management encourages us to participate in fun activities conducted every month in the office . I was the winner in one of the games played last week. Glad to work here and looking forward to more growth.

Since I work as an executive, there are challenges in my work. Initially, it was quite difficult to manage and handle certain work, but thanks to my supportive seniors. Things are going smoothly now. Every other month, we have team engagement activities to refresh from the regular work. Looking forward for long-term work and growth

I worked for Edubridge for 3 years and was a good experience. I got to learn a lot and also enhance my skills. I can get a better position in my new job and carry my experience. Would highly recommend it. Special thanks to my manager.

Overall my work experience is going good. There is so much to learn and also get a chance to train others. I recently underwent skill-based training. Moreover, my colleagues are quite fun to work with. Highly recommended for those who want to make a good career.
