One of the worst company I ever see in my life. Most Team Leaders are unskilled persons. They are forcing to Work 12hrs in a day and work on sunday. For the OT not paying double of our salary. No skills you learn there. Everytime they will put work pressure specifically target.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
