It has an excellent infrastructure. Transport facility and refreshments are available to staff. They follow 3C curriculum.

Dislikes

Politics and backstabbing are very often. Please forget about your self respect and true passion on teaching. A single remark from any parent or any student then you will be in pathetic stage. If you know how to praise some illiterate people then you can hold the oar. Correction works are hectic. The way someone represents for management are really awful devil's.

It was not a good place for career growth Rules change every month almost based on nothing If you have an agreement with the directors they can easily change it without realizing your situation Principal changes every year with new everything which is confusing for the kids and teachers They don't have enough teachers

Easily to talk about what I liked which is the only principal I felt she was caring about the students

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! / struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learn everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Coordinator creates lottts of problems, she does all nuisance in the school, she is spoiling the standard of the school. She just comes and get salary and go. But, nothing useful she has done. Always encouraging wrong people. Takes personal grudges in school.
