I have a passion for teaching and love to interact with children. So it gives exciting work experience. Company is sometimes very considerate of employees' comfort and convenience.

Dislikes

Teachers are treated worse than students. No one is allowed to talk to one another. No sitting together even when the students have holiday. Teachers Are very responsible employees . As such , they would not waste time. Nor regards for their hard work. Also, no opportunities. Only a selected few get opportunities. They are very judgemental about talent of new people.

This is the worst place to work as they have no respect for the employees. They are least bothered of what an employee goes through. No matter how much experience u come with they only pay you 15,000/- , out of which they also cut 200 RS saying it's professional tax. They won't give you a salary slip. They pay in cash to get rid of the black money and they pay you in wads of 100rs, it feels disgusting to collect money like this. If you work here you will lose what ever self respect you have for yourself....Read More

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! / struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learn everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
