Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Dislikes

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.
