It doesn't matter how good you perform over the year but at time of appraisal they will tell you your weakness only and on the basis of that you will get appraisal of approx 5-10%. Manager will praise you all over year but at last when you will be sure that you will get a good appraisal at that time you will know what is your actual performance. There is no scope for job satisfaction and job security. They all ask employees to leave the company without any reason as on when they feel.
