The company provides point pick up and drop for all the lady staffs and work environment is very friendly especially for women. The company run by the professionals and utmost importance is given on team work. People are working here for more than 15-20 yrs. Some people have given negative comments here those could be their own perception but I strongly oppose the words like "indecent relationship", "bribe" etc which have been used intentionally to depicting the company wrongly to others. The company has an ICC committee to address all internal complaints. The Management is very supportive and always encourages the new ideas and suggestion from the employees....Read More

Its a wonderful place to work at if you don't seek any growth or learning opportunity. Appraisals are fair from the upper management given your immediate boss is unbiased. Also, new ideas are appreciated by the upper management if you manage to make your voices heard (which is the most difficult thing in this company given the strict hierarchy)....Read More

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. In some departments, employees good at their job are kept at the same position for years instead of promoting them. An employee at a senior position has no work-life balance as getting calls from the management after work, sometimes late at night, is a common practice. There is no one to hear complaints against other employees (specially if they are your bosses) if you are being treated in an unfair or hostile manner<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The work environment is quite abusive and hostile in some departments</mark>. The HR department is only for hiring and firing purpose and for organizing parties once a year. My work was hectic but fun as I loved interacting with my buyers and coordinate order execution. However, it was a constant battle between doing the right thing while meeting profit goals; or work unethically to exceed those goals as they preferred later.
