I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. great environment and great working experience but they following social distance rules in office , every person sanitising their hands before entry and check the temperature of each but they are not sanitising the office...

all are good but company should provide sanitizer and mask. and also sanitize office after one day each. and they are not providing good salary. during lockdown they provided system to work from home but now we are working from office in this pandemic.

The worst ever company i think to work for. Owner are selfish and treat employees like their servant and overshadowed their authority over employees. Only what they care off is their money, don't have any concern for employees health and safety. Search for the ways to deduct the salary of employees. No sanitisation. All over a very bad company to work with.
