Supportive work environment with good work ethics. they are not firing any employee of the company however, they are deducting the salary 30-50% that to after having consent from an employees.

Dislikes

heavy work load with little high side expectation.

Support and motivation that i receive from my mentor and guide to learn new things everyday. if someone teaches you that's really great but if no one teaches you, you'll find the way to learn by yourself. very helpful colleagues and a good working environment.

Dislikes

sometimes a lot more work to your way, that you may get distract from for previous work, but that's a part of your work and it helps us to grow more and become multi tasking.

Work Details

interesting and exciting, sometime hectic too but that's fine.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
