The company just came into existance 3 and 10 months before and growing up very fast. The company gives freedom to work and implement your ideas in the work place.

Politics is the most worst thing what I dislike in the organization. Work environment is satisfactory but appraisal lies within upper authorities and been provided to the closer one.
