While I was at Ecole Global I enjoyed every minute of working there. It is great to see so many young girls thriving in an environment is also much appreciated because the entire faculty is nothing but sweet and understanding and working here is a delight! Ecole Global is very open to new innovative ideas about development of their teaching or management strategies since they always think ahead and out of the box. They are not stringent about the old ways and are a constantly evolving organization which accommodates the ever changing needs of students as well as faculty. I also particularly like the different fun activities that are organized just for the faculty in order to create more bonding and a healthier environment to work in. Dislikes

As a student trainee, I did not find many flaws in the workspace but one thing that can be improved on are the working hours. Sometimes the teachers need to put in extra work hours in order to compensate for those lost while organizing activities. This can easily be solved by a simple restructuring of the syllabus which the organization is already working towards!

Work Details

Though there was no particular Trainee Program, the experience you get working at Ecole Global is definitely very helpful and you learn a lot!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
