When a new employee joins the duty there is no on Job training, no induction programme for freshers.

I am a subject teacher. I teach French. I am class teacher also. After COVID-19 pandemic I take care of Vaccination programme. I am Nodal Officer of Vaccination Drive.

While I was at Ecole Global I enjoyed every minute of working there. It is great to see so many young girls thriving in an environment is also much appreciated because the entire faculty is nothing but sweet and understanding and working here is a delight! Ecole Global is very open to new innovative ideas about development of their teaching or management strategies since they always think ahead and out of the box. They are not stringent about the old ways and are a constantly evolving organization which accommodates the ever changing needs of students as well as faculty. As a student trainee, I did not find many flaws in the workspace but one thing that can be improved on are the working hours. Sometimes the teachers need to put in extra work hours in order to compensate for those lost while organizing activities. This can easily be solved by a simple restructuring of the syllabus which the organization is already working towards!

I would see Ecole as one of the best schools in Dehradun. The school is extremely well-rounded in the way it offers students opportunities for growth. There are barely any downsides to working at Ecole as the staff and students are well behaved and genuine. However, managing students can get a bit hectic but that is a part of any teaching job.

The only thing that could be considered disagreeable is that although the school has quite a high fee payment structure for the students, the teachers get fewer training opportunities and generate even lesser income. However, the school is working towards better growth and development projects so there's hope for future enhancement.
