Pick drop service, lots of rules, good product knowledge .

Dislikes

Leads/Mentor are not so good. There are people with 10 years of experience in same company, but they will never support you. Instead of it they will keep saying they are spoon feeding.. They will keep questioning to every efforts you are taking. Even if you ask for technical information then also lots of question will be asked. Thoughts ka complete monopoly hai. Even HR is also aware of same but nothing is done. They expect us to work after the work hours. They will create their custom rules & portray such that it is decided by management. They itself does not follow their rules. Seriously not happy after being working here. Just to save resume I am keep suffering for 1.5 years. Will not recommend to join here. Specially in NOC team. Only meeting me bakwas Kara lo inse bs. No technical knowledge shareing at all. I would recommend owner to personally look into this. People are not good at higher designation. Specially mentor & lead....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
