Is there anything that could not be liked while working with eClinicalWorks??? I don't see a flaw. There is a huge potential in the growth of this organisation that would slowly and gradually be visible.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. If you want to be a part of this organisation you will have to be flexible in working into EST and PST shifts since the clients are based out in US. That restricts a lot of individuals to apply, however the experience that you gain is far more valuable then the challenge of working into night shifts.

Hello all, company is very good for operation department but not for support department.

Dislikes

Not good for support department many employees working in same post for more than 10 years. Pramotion and appraisal given good only them who are doing chattu giri or depends on favouritism. Very bad but after given more than 8 years useless doing job in ecw Waikiki side. Here manager and HR all are doing mili juli sarkar. Lot of work pressure you will have to extend your shift timings and need to work and make calls, Hr department is of no use pathetic, your mental health would be affected alot, no peace at all, there is 120 % calling, some of team leads and manager are narcissists will tourue you mentally, worst worst this company will pay you well however it will cost your mental health and peace.

After working 1 and half year the technology is too old. If you are looking for a job which is totally secure and toxic culture then this is for you but if you have growth mindset you will not become satisfied end of the day. Due to bad management we also suffer micromanage sometimes.

Such a worst company I have ever seen. No respect for the ex employee who wants to rejoin even though they have promised that ex employee can rejoin after a year of colling period. Tried a lot to contact the HR, I got ignored.

1. Professional and Personal growth suppress, No new technology are being used to elevate the product development. Adoption of some new ideas and methodology are not going to accepted. 2. IJP (Internal Job Posting) only happens if you are useless and department feel you can now serve into other department. Also happens without your consent even though you don't apply for the IJP your name appears as shortlisted candidate and announce your promotion. Don't get in this trap please. 3. India Head (Mr Aum Patel) blunt , rude and misbehaved personality. 4. Even though you do not breach any policy or guideline , HR/Talent team reach you when they feel you did something not right ethically. 5. 1- Work life balance, no pressure of work 2- Great leadership. TL/managers are very supportive. 3- Development skills opportunities are better. 4- Home pickup and drop. They have some transport boundaries. 5- Employee recognition is provided. 6- WFH/WFO/Hybrid all 3 facilities are provided

1- US shift timings is 12-9 2- If you want WFH facility, then they will provide you desktop. Laptop is only given to employees who have opted for hybrid.
