Overall it’s a good company only if you are assigned with a Manager who knows how recruitment works.

Dislikes

Amit Pahuja’s portfolio is worst. He knows nothing except for sending out email written by ChatGPT. He’ll be a nightmare, always micromanages. Doesn’t even know how recruitment works, how to talk to candidates, clients and colleagues. I don’t know why company kept him, he is hampering the productivity by introducing silly processes.All I think is, those who don’t know how to work, they become process oriented so no questions will be asked if anything goes wrong. If you are getting hired for Amit’s team, straight away decline it else you’ll regret....Read More
