To be honest nothing in the company is likable

Operations are literally like a scam, you would be forced to do sales with target in the name of customer support and above that there's zero incentives for sales. The work life balance does not exist and the management doesn't care about any employee. The only thing they want is numbers and sales!

Many managers were supportive and promoted healthy environment.

The managers at my last project were totally toxic and made everyone to work 14 hours a day, compulsory WFO at no extra pay, even for people who stayed more than 100 kms away, close to 30 people resigned in 4 months. Also illegal misuse of PCIP(Performance correction program) without any clear proof and many put into VRP pool(bench), again no specific reason and HR played blind to these managers. Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. If something is wrong, do not expect help or understanding - the management's only concern is making sales, even if that means lying to customers. Sometime the organisation used to offer WFH, had good resources in the benefits to upskill oneself.

Dislikes

Not a good place to work especially if you are joining at an entry-level as the managements firm believe in theory X and takes it to the extreme while practicing it. A lot of screaming on the floor, abusing to make associates achieve their targets which are already set very high.

Job security and most of the entry level jobs are available. you can learn basics thing like basic excel.

Appraisal is worse you will get only 2.5 to 8%(Rs 200 to Rs1000) hike and there is only one reason this year budget is low an you know market conditions. You will get benefit only if you are working on managerial positions. Work life balance is like not good not bad.

People are congenial and helping. The upper management is good but the mid and most project managers are coming from ops background so less flexible and more procedural

Doesnt want to foray into big tech and depends solely on kpo/support/bpo and some automation. Like services industry it will use some bombastic terms for laymans works

People leaving eclerx after 1-3 years because of low payment. Salary is nothing compared to the market. . Because of that people with least skills are getting jobs here.. and people without long-term personal goals can't do any better with company goals either. They are becoming bad managers and they wouldn't know how to utilise team skills. . There are many learning platforms but we don't have time out of work or in general life to learn them. Sometimes we have to work 16 Hrs a day because of poor management. . Appraisals are nothing but a joke. Just joke! What percentage would matter if you are already getting paid in pennies? The KM team tries its best in whatever way possible to get you ready for working in investment banking operations. They only do it because they know the level of candidates they've hired. Good exposure of the entire trade life cycle if you're working in IB operations - multiple accounts with them mainly ubs, jp, citi.

Dislikes

The people they hire. HR could be the biggest reason for the company's recent downfall. Employees here have a very casual approach and nothing here is systemic. Filled with freshers. Company would benefit if they reduce attrition rate by paying their employees well.

Worst Work Environment, I experienced in my life. It was my first job ever. In initial 2-3 months they will be behaving like they are the best managers in the world they are so caring. They will keep the fix rotational time . But after 2-3 months they keep all the existing times in 1 week only. For example - if today my shift time is 12:30 am to 9:30am my tomorrow's shift will be 6:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30 to 1:30am . Like seriously??? And also in the work load they won't give us break time to time . If I will be 5 mins late because of customer. They will blame us for dragging the chat and we will miss our breaks and now We have to wait for more 2 hours. Or sometimes if we are having shift time of 4:30 our first break will be at 9:30pm. Like seriously??? What we gonna do till then . Why should we starve due to LAT team requirement. Also they adjust our weekoffs without our permission then they just say that," hum aapke liye break times adjust karte hai . Toh aap ye hamare liye karo na. ". Seriously man I was so done with the company and they are literally pressurizing us with their behaviour and sales target. I understand sales target is also important.
