Projects are mostly related to R1 RCM ,so learning new scenarios with complex medical records daily would be helpful for the growth and providing work from home , apart from that there is nothing in this organisation.No benefits,no certification renewals, salary appraisal would be 500-1500 if your salary is more than 50k .
