The opportunities I got while at echoVME are unmatched. Right from letting my creativity go independent while working for some big clients, to trusting me with a leadership role within 3 months of my joining, the organization has played a big part in my career growth. I am about to finish 3 years in the company, and my work life is still as fun as ever. It almost feels like a family. The office culture is so maintained that the CEO himself is approachable as a friend. Got a problem? Just walk into the management and solve it out over a packet of Kurkure. It has the perfect balance of fun and formal. Fun when it's fun and formal enough to make sure you grow professionally and productivity is maximum. The client was horrible and we were expected to take the abuse instead of any form of support. Working 24/7 was something that was unacceptable. Really had high hopes for this place was very sad this was the case. Management can do and be better. Also should give a small breather for the employees and not the clients.
