Their main problem is their Leadership... The culture is with people when the people sitting in higher positions don't value the teammates which says a lot about the culture. They have no retention policy and they don't value their employees.

Dislikes

Teammates are good, the problem is with the higher management. They have to see why people resign so often I think they will get to know the reason.

Likes

Tough question to answer. They have a table tennis in office, for employees to relax after long hours of working. However, only few employees were seen out there, probably they were on notice period or those employees have been with EC-Council for years with talent to survive in any company without working.

Dislikes

Everything, except IT and office boys.
