Only few suckers are there who are working from last 3,4 years in the company and they don’t let anyone survive in the company. No support ,will ask you to generate leads for months and then suddenly will ask to drop the papers as target completion is not done

EC-council is a place where I have seen such close bond in teams. There are fantastic opportunities to grow and learn.

There is nothing to like about this organisation.

Previously it was fine but with time the work experience has deteriorated drastically. There is no job security and the project and people management is worst. Top management is just rubbish. If you get a chance to grab another opportunity then please leave this organisation and go somewhere else.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

Life at EC council is really fun. The way company treats its employees is impeccable. The friendly environment enables all of us to work even more efficiently

There's nothing as such to say for the dislikes just the work hours sometimes get a bit too extended but that also become fun when you have a great team to work with.
