I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The work environment is highly restrictive, more like a school than a professional office. Employees are not allowed to choose their seating, and any deviation often results in reprimands. The programming team lead has excessive control, requiring approval for even small tasks, which limits individual decision-making. While the management promises support, they often fail to provide it when needed. Instead, they shift blame and engage in unprofessional behavior like gossip. Moreover, the company has a binding agreement of 2 years if employee wish to leaves within this year, requiring employees to pay penalties between ₹1L–₹2L to leave, making it difficult to resign without financial strain.
