Nothing is Good in this company spacially the programming team members. don't ever join

Dislikes

The work environment is highly restrictive, more like a school than a professional office. Employees are not allowed to choose their seating, and any deviation often results in reprimands. The programming team lead has excessive control, requiring approval for even small tasks, which limits individual decision-making. While the management promises support, they often fail to provide it when needed. Instead, they shift blame and engage in unprofessional behavior like gossip. Moreover, the company has a binding agreement of 2 years if employee wish to leaves within this year, requiring employees to pay penalties between ₹1L–₹2L to leave, making it difficult to resign without financial strain.
