A lot of involvement by HR into business functions without having any knowledge about the business. Favour to people who always say yes to bosses and don't even object if the decision is wrong. The salary structure is way unbalanced. A 24 year experience guy has a package of 24 LPA and a 14 year exp guy with zero knowledge of the product and zero idea about process has a package of 60 LPA. List is too long, in short, the work culture is pathetic, HR is arrogant and corrupt. No Human emotions and empathy. They treat employees like labours. Huge difference between the salaries of the people employed at same level. If you are an expert at you know what which this platform is not allowing me to write, this is the perfect place for you to grow considerably high.
